Commissions open around the beginning of each quarter of the year. The opening is announced on my Instagram and Facebook page.

By purchasing any of my services, you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any PayPal chargeback.

You must be 18 years old or older to commission me. All commission related payments are done through Paypal, whose terms state that minors legally can't use the service.

My commissions are NOT offered on a first come first serve basis.

I have the right to decline a commission without providing a reason.

I organize commission by fiscal quarters.

A quarter is a three-month period, and refers to one-fourth of a year.

Q1 for the first quarter (January 1st to March 31st), Q2 for the second quarter (April 1st to June 30th) and so forth.

I accept payment via PayPal invoice only.

I require full payment upfront, or can offer 2/3 months layaway* (see section "Layaway information"). I will start working on your commission only after I have received a payment.

I will prioritize fully paid comissions.

Shipping can be included in the invoice and paid upfront, or when the outfit is finished, just let me know!

All prices are in EUR and this currency will be used on invoices.

All prices are including paypal fees.

All prices are fixed on a case-by-case basis, so don't hesitate to PM me with your projects to estimate its price!

Estimation are indicative only and may vary once the project has started.

If payment is not received within 1 week after the invoice is sent, you will lose your slot and the invoice will be canceled.

First payment is required before starting any project.

The commission will be finished ~2 months after the first payment. But might take longer depending on the complexity.

Second payment will be asked once the commission is done. You have to pay before the end of the actual quarter. If for some reason it is not possible, contact me beforehand.

The second payment will be asked exactly one month apart from the first payment. Would you be unable to do so will result in a cancelation.

The commission will be finished ~3 months after the first payment.

Third payment will be asked once the commission is done. You have to pay before the end of the actual quarter. If for some reason it is not possible, contact me beforehand.

We will discuss your project via PM.

You can choose whether you want to communicate through Messenger, Instagram DMs or Discord. *Do note that sewing is primarily an interpretation; make sure to tell me about your vision before I start working on your project

If approved, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email.

After a payment is received, I will order the necessary fabrics and materials.

The amount of updates can vary depending on the complexity. Either you will receive a picture of a prototype and can request adjustments/changes, or only once few pieces are completed (ex: school uniform)

Once the commission is finished, you will be sent mutliple high quality pictures. The package will be shipped within the 5 next working days.

You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like.

I will begin working on your project after I receive the fabrics. Even so, it can take me a few days before I will be able to start working on the commission, and it may take me longer if there are prioritized persons (ex: you chose a layaway payment method)

If anything important comes up or a delay, you will be notified.

As the artist, I retain the right to post the finished piece to social media and promote myself with it. This includes but is not limited to: posting the finished piece AND work in progress pictures on Twitter, facebook, Instagram.

You are not allowed to modify the artwork without my permission.

You are allowed to post your commission done by me as long as visible credit is given e.g. giving a link to my social media, @ tagging me or letting a tag visible.

As the artist, I retain the right to recreate or modify your former project for personal use or for reselling *Do note that reselling price will be the same price as what you paid

You may cancel your commission prior to payment. The commission will be canceled and I won't go forward with the project. *Do note that doing so twice will result in being blacklisted

No full refund will be given as I have to order specific fabrics for each project. You may have a refund MINUS the price of fabric and its shipping only if I haven't started working on your project yet.

If a refund is requested after the work has been started, a partial refund will be given based on how much of the work I have completed. *Do note that doing so twice will result in being blacklisted

Once the commission is done. I will not accept any return or refund request.

Contact me to issue a refund before issuing a PayPal chargeback. Failing to do so will result in being blacklisted.

In case I am unable to finish the commission, I will contact you about a refund or any other kind of compensation.

In case of a cancelation, I retain the right to continue and finish your former project, and sell it to someone else.
